By accessing or using the LittleEkkoCo website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
LittleEkkoCo offers children's picture books, papercraft templates, printable ebooks, and related digital downloads. Some products are sold through third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy); some are or will be sold directly through the Service. Free downloads may be offered from time to time.
3. Accounts
Once direct accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are intended for one human; please do not share your credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site or its assets;
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense any digital download you obtain from us, free or paid, except where the listing explicitly grants commercial rights;
- attempt to circumvent paywalls, lead-capture gates, or authentication;
- abuse OAuth or any other integration to access accounts that are not yours; or
- use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — illustrations, layouts, photography, written copy, code, and downloadable files — is owned by LittleEkkoCo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Unless a specific listing says otherwise, downloads are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print copies for your own household, classroom, or family event; you may not resell, mass distribute, or use them in commercial work.
6. Third-party services
Parts of the Service rely on third parties — including Etsy (purchases of physical and digital goods), Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (delivery and tunneling), Pinterest (marketing), and, in direct-checkout mode, Stripe (payments). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those features. We are not responsible for third-party services or for your transactions on those platforms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleEkkoCo and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to LittleEkkoCo in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to LittleEkkoCo, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the Service.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version took effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
